Mi Hoa, main character and director, upon becoming the mother of her first daughter, embarks on a journey – physical and emotional – that will lead her to investigate the death of her parents, to reunite with her mother’s family and to search for the whereabouts of the rest of the his Korean family whom she doesn’t know.
